 Corporate Happiness

Another book on the “Corporate Happiness” theme is in progress under

the co-authorship of Prof. Shweta Malik. This is not just another happiness

book.  Here authors combine the latest insights from the economics and

business world to illustrate that in order to be happy we must behave happily. Attitudes about the workplace and indeed the employee and customer

experience are vastly different now. The pandemic has been a timely tipping

point in accelerating the transformation in organizations globally.

Now the recipe for building a great company is simple: Happiness, and it

is being codified in the company culture.

This book will help CEOs, Managers, Entrepreneurs, Management

Students and others understand that happiness is a new form of

corporate currency. The book would be available sometime in March 2023.
