Corporate journey

During graduation and post-graduation levels, undertook various

internship activities with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm.After

completion of studies at IIMA in April 1973, joined the ladders of

the corporate world and performed in various critical and challenging

top positions in India and overseas. To mention a few :

• Dy General Manager, Bank of Baroda

•  Managing Director, BOBCARDS( Now BOB Financials)

•  Chief Executive, Bank of Baroda, Fiji Operations

•  AGM, Bank of Baroda, New York, USA Operations

•  Regional Manager/Chief Manager/ Senior Manager for different assignments

• Chief Faculty, BOB Regional Rural Banks Staff College

•  Chairman of Sultanpur RRB and many more

During their corporate journey too, Prof. Garg has been actively associated with

academic activities as a Key Speaker / Resource Person for various Training

Programs/ Seminars/Symposiums organized by various organizations/

Institutions/B-Schools and contributed as a member to various Committees, Task-

Forces set up by the RBI, NABARD, State Government Other

institutions/Organizations. He has been actively associated with HRM activities

at the corporate level in manpower selection, training and development, talent

management and career progression of the young generation with flair in Hindi.
